Sunday vibes 🌶️🌵Slow Sunday was all about Smokey and Spicy Mezcal Margs & Turkey Taco Bowl 🌮 only work move today was revise and resubmit an offer.

Out and about in West Point, VA - after my friend's Open House, which was right around the corner from Food Lion, I drove past this taco stand and I just had to try some tacos! Had steak tacos and they didn't disappoint! Have you tried them?

The Weekend Edition - another gorgeous weekend - fall perfection. 🍂🍁 Showings in Gloucester, some "leftover" wine from a month ago 🍷, paper plane 🍸, winterizing the backyard, comfort food, more movies 📽️ & jazz, submitted then revised an offer for a buyer and ready for Monday's closing on that trailer in Topping, VA. I think that just about covers the weekend. How has yours been? Just made a very boring looking Mexican turkey taco bowl that was absolutely delicious, no pictures yet but some yellow Mexican rice, refried beans and turkey taco, in a bowl with some jalapenos and cilantro. Goodness.

Oh, while I was in Brazil, my investor client who was referred to me by a Realtor closed on a 1031 Exchange in Gloucester Point. This should be reaching the rental market soon. Thanks to the listing agent who was a joy to work with, my buyer client, the agent who referred him, and Sarah at @theclosingshop and my friend Cheryl who helped with the final walkthrough. It takes a village!

Another near perfect day - just wrote an offer for a buyer, scheduled two showings for tomorrow, had some turkey burgers and a lentil + sweet potato + turnip greens soup - some jazz, film noir, coffee, walked outside where the weather couldn't be any better. Life is good. Really good.

Popped by my friend's Broker Open yesterday in West Point - first time I've been to this neighborhood, Rivergate. Such a great area! The Halloween decorations in the subdivision are so cool! Y'all need to check it out. This house has 4 bedrooms and it shows like a new home! I love the large fenced in backyard and the spacious garage. Large rooms, large bathrooms and closets too. Know anyone looking for a home in the area?

Showed this cutie in Williamsburg this evening - is this the one? Maybe?
