Patriots Walk is one of Gloucester's most consistent neighborhoods, and one I pay closer attention to than anyone else in the county. I track every listing and every sale here, street by street, and publish what I find, so whether you're thinking about buying in or selling your home, this is the honest starting point.

Here's what the recent data actually shows. Over the past several years, Patriots Walk has seen thirteen distinct homes come to market, with seven closed sales totaling roughly $3.8 million in volume and a median sale price around $550,000. That median puts Patriots Walk firmly in the upper tier of Gloucester County neighborhoods, and it comes with a pattern worth understanding: homes here that are priced correctly from day one tend to sell quickly and at or near asking. Homes that come out overpriced sit, cut, and eventually sell for less than they would have with the right first number.
